To pay by PAYPAL, the prices are slightly higher to cover the cost they charge. So the
Book is $46 and the CD's $29. To pay by Paypal, simple log into your Paypal account and
pay the appropriate amount to me (Stewart).
Using the Paypal payment page, make it clear what you are ordering, and insert your full
name and postal address where you want the book/cd sent and any other relevant information (such as who Steve should sign the book/cd to).
Once the payment has cleared, I'll inform Steve and get him to send the book/cd to you, and get the payment to him. To make the payment by Paypal, you'll need my email address which is: stewart@thesweet.com A confirmation email will be returned to you saying payment has been received.
